Entry Acceptance Rules
Number of Bottles Required Per Entry: 3
Bottles or cans of 330 or 500 ml will be accepted. 3 bottles of each entry must be supplied in either 330 or 500 ml sizes. ONLY these sizes will be accepted. You can mix and match if needed, entering some bottles as 330 ml and some as 500 ml.
Beer must be packaged in bottles with no markings of any kind. No raised glass, no logos, no labels, no marks on the cap. If the cap has marks on it, black them out with a marker before entering. No plastic bottles permited.
Each beer must have a bottle ID form attached to it with a rubber band. Do NOT use tape or glue, DO NOT use metal wire to attach the form, ONLY a rubber band.
Prihvaćaju se boce ili limenke od 0.33l ili 0.5l. Potrebne su 3 boce piva za svaku prijavu u veličini od 0.33l ili 0.5l i prihvaćaju se samo te veličine boca. Po potrebi možete kombinirati veličine ali 3 boce MORAJU biti dostavljene za svaku prijavu.
Boce ne smiju imati nikakve oznake na sebi. Boce moraju biti bez reljefnog stakla, logotipa, etiketa i oznaka na čepovima. Ukoliko čepovi imaju oznaku potrebno ju je zatamniti markerom ili oprati alkoholom. Plastične boce nisu dozvoljene.
Svaka boca mora na sebi imati ID formular pričvršćen gumicom. Molimo NE KORISTITI selotejp, ljepilo ili žicu, koristite SAMO gumicu.

Please pay attention to the notes provided for each drop-off location. There could be earlier deadlines for some drop-off locations listed, particular hours when entries are accepted, certain individuals to leave your entries with, etc. All entrants are responsible for reading the information provided by the organizers for each drop-off location.

Packing and Shipping
Location for personal delivery and shipping of entries:
Tap B Craft Brewery & Brewpub, Ulica Dinka Šimunovića 14 21000 Split, Croatia. Please check for working hours if delivering personally. Note that the delivery location is different from the awards location, please don't deliver the beers to Plan B, because there's no one to admit them there and they'll probably not be judged!
Carefully pack your entries in a sturdy box. Line the inside of your carton with a plastic trash bag. Partition and pack each bottle with adequate packaging material. Please do not over pack!
Write clearly: Fragile. This Side Up. on the package. Please only use bubble wrap as your packing material.
Enclose each of your bottle labels in a small zip-top bag before attaching to their respective bottles. This way it makes it possible for the organizer to identify specifically which entry has broken if there is damage during shipment.
Every reasonable effort will be made to contact entrants whose bottles have broken to make arrangements for sending replacement bottles.

Awards
The awards ceremony and party will take place once judging is completed.
Places will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each category/table.
Additional prizes may be awarded to those winners present at the awards ceremony at the discretion of the competition organizers. Please follow our social media where we will post a detailed list of sponsors and prizes, instagram and facebook.
Awards will be available for pick up that night after the ceremony concludes. Awards not picked up will be mailed back to participants at their expense. Results will be posted to the competition web site some time after the ceremony concludes. Score sheets will be scanned and emailed up to two weeks after the ceremony.
